Returns & Replacements


At Fresh-Twist we are committed to deliver quality and design in all our products and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.


If you are not satisfied with an item you received

  • - Each product must be returned unused, in original condition and inside its original packaging. 

  • - If you wish to return or exchange an item it must be reported within 2 Business Days of receipt.

  • Please do not return any goods prior to contacting our Customer Care department contactus@fresh-twist.com.au. We will arrange return and replacement of the goods. 

  • - Once returned, we will refund or credit the amount you paid for the item(s) deducting the initial shipping cost if you are returning goods not damaged.

 

If the product you received is faulty

  • - Defective products must be reported within 7 days.

  • - Please retain all boxes, packaging materials, inserts and receipt.

  • - Send us an e-mail at contactus@fresh-twist.com.au including your full name, contact number, order number, item name, item number and a detailed description of the issue.

  • - The product will be replaced with an identical product (subject to availability) free of charge once we receive the original item back.

  • - For warranty purposes contact manufacturers directly.
