How do I search for an item?

If you know what you are looking for, select from the categories: Kitchenware, Coffee & Tea, Barware or Outdoor. You can also shop by Brand or even use the ‘Search’ function at the top of the page. 

 

How do I place an order?

  • - Once you have found an item you want, select the quantity and the press the ‘Add To Cart’ button. Note that some items come in different colours so select the colour you want.
  • - Review the item(s) in your shopping cart by clicking the 'YOUR CART’ link at the top right of the page. You can remove unwanted items from your Cart by clicking the ‘Remove’ button.
  • - Once you have all the desired items in your Cart press the green ‘Checkout’ button. For Express Checkout, you can also click the "Check Out with Paypal" button (You do not need a paypal account to use this option)
  • - Then fill up the form with your contact information and shipping address, select shipping method and payment method.
  • - Lastly click on the 'Place Order" button to finalize your order.

 

What are your shipping options?

At the moment we are offering Free Shipping Australia-wide. We also offer Express shipping for a $10 flat rate. For deliveries outside Australia you may contact us before placing the order. For more information, check our Delivery Policy.

We use FastWay couriers for Brisbane Metro and Australia Post for all other delivery.


Is it secure to place an order online?

You can feel safe shopping at Fresh-Twist online store, with the faster and safer Paypal system to make online payments. All your financial information (personal information and credit card information) is securely stored and encrypted on Paypal’s servers.

 

I have trouble placing an order, how can I get help?

How can I know if my order has been accepted?

Once you have placed an order you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. This email is automatically generated when your order has been successfully placed.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive a second email once your order has been shipped. A tracking number allowing you to monitor the transit of your package will be provided to you in most cases.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on your location the delivery time varies between 2 to 5 business days from the date the order was placed.

 

I want an item that is out of stock can I still get it?

If you find an item you want out of stock, you may contact us, and let us know what item you are after, we will notify you once we get the item in stock for you to place the order.

 

What is your returns policy?

Your satisfaction is our main concern. If you wish to return or exchange an item it must be reported within 2 Business Days of receipt and Defective Product must be reported within 7 days. Check our Returns & Replacements Policy. Please retain all boxes, packaging materials, inserts and receipt and send us an e-mail contactus@fresh-twist.com.au including your order number, item number, detailed description of the issue, full name and phone number.


If I buy a present can it be gift wrapped?

We can also wrap your gift for free. Just email us and we will be in touch with you.

If you are buying a present we can deliver it to a different address.
